As operators of this website, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations, in particular, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as to this data protection declaration. When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits personal information about you to us – for example, your IP address, as well as technical information about your browser and your computer. Regularly, the disclosure of further personal data is not necessary for the use of our website. When personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, it is done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website.

2. What personal data do we collect on this website?

On the one hand, we collect personal data which you communicate to us, for example, in a contact form or when registering on the website. This information regularly includes your name, address and e-mail address. It is not necessary for you to provide us with information in order to use the website. However, we cannot answer your questions if you do not provide us with any information in the contact form, or if you do not register, we may not be able to offer the functions of the website that are possible through registration.

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

• Browser type and browser version
• used operating system
• Referrer URL
• Hostname of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address

This data will not be merged with other data sources.

Furthermore, this website uses cookies and analyzes them. You can find out more about the use of cookies on this website in Section 7 of this Privacy Statement below.

3. For which purposes and legal bases do we process your data?

We process your personal data only if permitted on a legal basis. We process your data in particular on the following legal bases:

a) On the basis of your consent

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, the legal basis is art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. This is particularly the case if you register on the website (for example for the newsletter) or send us your data via a contact form. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal e-mail notification to info@kikifornell.art is sufficient. The legitimacy of the data processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

We use the information you send us in contact forms exclusively to process your enquiry. If you register for certain functions on the website (such as our newsletter), we use the information you gave us during registration in order to provide these functions and in order to notify you of important changes in the scope of our services, important technical changes or other interesting information about us.

b) For the fulfilment of legal obligations

We process your data under certain circumstances to fulfil legal obligations, insofar as we are legally obliged, for example, to surrender your data to an authority or a court. The legal basis, in this case, is art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR. In this case, we process your personal data exclusively in order to comply with our legal obligation.

c) To protect our legitimate interests

We will continue to process your data to safeguard our legitimate interests in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Such processing will not take place if your interests or fundamental freedoms and rights outweigh our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interests are, for example, the error-free provision of the website or the analysis of your usage behaviour.

We analyse your personal data to find out more about your user behaviour on our website and your interest in particular products.

4. Which rights do you have referring to your data?

You have the right to receive information about your personal data that we process; free of charge at any time (art. 15 GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to ask for correction of your data (art. 16 GDPR), restriction of processing (art. 18 GDPR) or deletion of your data (art. 17 GDPR).

For this purpose, as well as for other requests regarding data protection, you can always contact us (see address above). You also have the right to receive data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in the performance of a contract, in a common machine-readable form, when technically possible (art. 20 GDPR). If we process your personal data to protect our legitimate interest, you may object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR. Furthermore, you have the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority.

5. How long do we store your data?

We will only store your personal data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes of data processing. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or until the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed).

The data collected during registration will be stored by us as long as you are registered on our website and will subsequently be deleted. The data you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you cancel the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes remain unaffected by this.

6. How do we use cookies and other analysis tools?

When you visit our website, your surfing behaviour can be statistically evaluated. This is done primarily with cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behaviour is usually anonymous; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools.

This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.

If you do not agree with the collection, you can prevent it by installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics once or by rejecting the cookies via our cookie settings dialogue.

You can find the browser add-on here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google Ads. Ads is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").

Within the framework of Google Ads, we use so-called conversion tracking. If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve to personally identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page.

Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through Ads customer websites. The information collected from the Conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for Conversion Tracking. Ads customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, Ads customers do not receive any personally identifiable information. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out of this use by turning off the Google Conversion Tracking cookie in your Internet browser under User Preferences.

More information about Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking can be found in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=de&hl=enhttps://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=de&hl=en.
