Return conditions
Products eligible for return (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale) may be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt. Products will be returned to Ekaterina Fornell, EI.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original packaging and with all labels attached to the Products, as well as with all accessories, gifts (if applicable), documents (e.g. instruction booklet, Product certificates), and protective packaging included.
Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged or soiled Products will not be accepted.
You shall only be liable for any decrease in the value of a Product resulting from your handling of the Product in excess of what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the Product.
The above does not affect your right to cancel your order in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Returns Procedure
If you decide to return your order or a Product, please follow the instructions below in order to comply with the free return procedure and obtain a full refund for said order or Product.
Fill in the returns form that you will find in the original packaging of your order, ticking the Product(s) being returned, the quantity being returned, and the reason why you wish to return the selected items.
Place the form, together with the Product(s) you wish to return, in the original parcel or in a box of similar dimensions. Affix the carrier prepaid returns label to the package and prepare it for dispatch. Place the label on the parcel so that it is clearly visible, and the return address and barcode are not obscured in any way.
Drop off the package at the nearest UPS Access Point, or contact UPS to schedule a pickup.

You will receive an e-mail notification when the package arrives at our office. We will then ensure that the package complies with the return conditions and requirements, and will proceed with a quality check of the Product. Only when the Product has been deemed acceptable/compliant with our conditions and requirements we will proceed with the full refund. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive notification of the credit by e-mail.
